Always two eyes.
If you find the picture in the non-scope eye distracting, arrange a butler creek so that when you have it open, it obscures the view.

The ox is slow, but the earth is patient.
shoot with both eyes open. l find it helpful in locating the target as l shoot at 50 mag.
Both eyes open?
Are we talking Shotgun here?
Target shooting through a scope is a one eye jobby as is sighting on opens normally BUT if your using RED DOT sights THATS a 2 eye open job.
Shotguns are a 2 eyes open job too but not essential. I find lining up the rib with one eye then when i have it lined up right open the other and find your target and squeeze the trigger
Zeb
2 eyes open, but I had to change over to shooting left handed to achieve it.
Doug...
