Theres a few things along these line id like to see:
A springer with a proper full bore bolt action for cocking (design would have to be right or youd never be able to pull it back)
A stack mag for pellets (anics skiff is the closest ive seen and im sure one of the bigger companys could better it)
That way youve got all the fun of a springer and no braking the barrell or awkward levers but most importantly no silly round magazines!

You would have to be careful with how a bolt action looked.
One of the advantages of most air-rifles is that it is very easy to show that they ARE air rifles.
Bolt action with a stack mag....could be too much like a full on rifle.

But dont forget to most of the generall public all of our rifles look like reall rifles, especially certain underlevers and break barrells.
And its the public that report it, ive yet to see an ARU out looking for problems!
My minds working on a gearing system now, i think it could be a good little project!

Baikal izh61 is a five shot springer with a self indexing mag
[every time you recock it]
They can be had new for about £80
Ps if you ever see any exploded view diagrams im after em
