scope focus help.

Hi all,

I am having trouble focusing the target and cross hairs together! I have to focus on one then the other I have adjusted the eyepeice all the out and back again at a target about 30yrd away but cant get them both focused together.

Any ideas before I try to fix it with a B.F.H.
