scope upgrade

i am looking to possibly change / upgrade my scope on my s410 which i use just for hunting , the two scopes which i have in mind is the simmons mag 44 and the bushnell legend 5/15 40, can anyone give me any feedback on one or both `of these .Is the smaller objective lens of the legend going to pull enough light in, the price difference seems to surgest that the bushnell is the better scope with better glass ware.

The Bushnell is class,the 44 mags a good un too though

I have a Legend on my 310, used for hunting, i don't think it will be changed any time soon
