Its all about what to use where.
Moly paste is great for lubrication of metal-to-metal surfaces, like the rear skirt of pistons without synthetic bearings.
On synthetic spring guides, other lubes can be good, I prefer PTFE containing greases on tight guides.
Thicker tacky greases like I suspect your red lithium grease may be, can be used sparingly to reduce vibrations when guide-to-spring fit is sloppy.
