15mm at 45m in 4.52
Less than 1 MOA = less than a quarter of an Inch at 25 yards (= less than 6,35 mm at about 23 m )
1 MOA = a quarter of an Inch at 25 yards (= 6,35 mm at about 23 meters )
1.5 MOA = about the third part of an Inch at 25 yards (= 10 mm at about 23 meters )
2 MOA = a half Inch at 25 yards (= 12.7 mm at about 23 meters )
More than 2 MOA
Hello,
After reading that "Predator - Thread" I really would like to know what you call accurate.
Regards Jochen
Indeed she said tie me up and do what ever you like and so I did. I tied her to the bed and went out fishing

I'm afraid I'm going to have to aggree with Gary here, 15mm c/c at 45y is what I class as accurate.
N0 Kieron - 10 shots INSIDE a 15mm ring is what I meant.
Did it time after time the other night (rested) with my MK3S HFT rifle and also .22FAC 410
It's kieran, Gory
I meant any group inside a 15mm c/c but it all depends on the weather conditions!
Oops,
I forgot. Of course measured outside, not centre / centre
Sorry Jochen

I'd class 1.25" c-c at 50yds acceptable for any middle of the road hunting PCP, and 0.5" at this range accurate.
Having owned a reasonable selection I'm yet to actually find a rifle that will consistantly cut half inch 50yd groups - much as I'd like it to my S410k won't
10 shots inside the 15mm circle for the gun on a bench rest, then the rest of it's down to the shooter. PCP not springer!
If the gun can do it then any error is pellet variation or the nut on the trigger.
Cheers

or bad pellets
Loads around at the moment-accupels are good though
Any group inside 6" at 15yards at the moment with my TX

my mk3, hornet and my fac s410 will all put pellet upon pellet at 37yds. this will always open out past 45yds but i should think they would still all be in a 10mm circle. when i miss i know 100% that its me.
i dont think many people would describe >2MOA as accurate
At 25 yards I'd expect ANY PCP rifle to produce a pellet on pellet result.
I'd expect any FAC rifle to do the same at 35 yards. An accurate one to produce sub 1/2 M.O.A. at 50 yards.
Think I'd be impressed if a .177 12ft/lbs rifle could do sub 1/2 at 50 yards.
