I'm afraid I'm going to have to aggree with Gary here, 15mm c/c at 45y is what I class as accurate.
Less than 1 MOA = less than a quarter of an Inch at 25 yards (= less than 6,35 mm at about 23 m )
1 MOA = a quarter of an Inch at 25 yards (= 6,35 mm at about 23 meters )
1.5 MOA = about the third part of an Inch at 25 yards (= 10 mm at about 23 meters )
2 MOA = a half Inch at 25 yards (= 12.7 mm at about 23 meters )
More than 2 MOA
