    Dutch Large Calibre Custom Rifles

I'm sure I saw a thread on here a while back with a link to a Dutch based outfit that makes .30 calibre air rifles (based on the air ranger??) amongst others.

Can't find it now and I wanted to use it as an example of how loopy Dutch gun laws are. Am I going mad?

    Cheers

    Dave

I have not seen anything on the Dutch guns for a while.
    Have you tried nearter home?

These make some rather big calibres...

Calibres up to .5" and silly muzzle energy.

Home is the Netherlands (for at least 5 days a week )

I've just been trying to explain to some Dutch friends that they have the most insane airgun laws going:

Can have any airgun you want, any power level

BUT it mustn't look like a "real" gun......

And what can you do with all that power?

NOT hunting. Hunting with air weapons is banned.

    Bizarre
