    Is this Webley's collection?

If so shouldnt it go job-lot to another museum or something?
Your work is both good and original. Unfortunately where it is good it is not original, and where it is original it is not good.

Couldn't agree more on the museum comment, but the company that owns Webley wanted the name, and this goes towards someone's bonus !

Phillip Webley's Indentures,.... oooo,..... Mk IIIs,.... oooo

If the auction house's website had been better presented I may have been inclined to have sussed out how the thing works. Probably just as well though....

I.J might need to be building an extension to his gun room.

I wouldn't mind the military style Osprey, but let's face it, we know these guns are going to go for stupid amounts of money. I wouldn't be surprised if one more-money-than-sense collector ended up buying the whole damn lot. BuddyBoy for example .

Seriously though, it's a sad end to a fine collection .

Contact Wallis & Wallis on: 01273 480208, for the full catalogue @ £10
Well worth it for any Webley collector.
Contains a very interesting foreword by John Atkins, which is basically a potted history of Webley.

Ten quid? That's probably why the website is so difficult to navigate. If it was better it might affect catalogue sales.
