Hi all,
I'm hopefully going to be taking delivery within the next few days of a Theoben Fenman in .177 and as this is my first proper rammer I was wondering if there is anything I should look out for when I'm taking care of it or any pitfalls I should be told about to avoid any hassles.
Thanks in advance for your advice.
Cheers
Pete

Don't even attempt to cock it out of the action. Don't even bother to attempt to strip it down. Leave well alone, there isn't a great deal that you can do to it anyway. Keep an eye on the MV, over time the ram can leak if you are unlucky. other than that keep an eye on the breach seal and wipe it over after use. Take it out of the stock if it gets properly soaked.

With respect, Bobbins. Mine's the best part of fifteen years old and barely fluctuates due to temperature, just sits there at 11.5 until the ram loses pressure .Originally Posted by merlin
