Welcome to the scarred world of the airgun stripper. When next amongst a group of airgun enthusiasts you will be able to show your scar with pride and honour and exagerate about the amount of flesh damage with the best of us. Mine is a HUGE scar on my index knuckle, left hand, the result of a battle with a HW77 guide tube. I lost 10 pints of blood during that encounter. (I know theres only 8 pints in the body but this wound was particularly deep).
The sharp edges to the cylinder when the Rekord trigger unit has been removed have claimed many a victim.
Seriously though, no matter how careful and cautious you are while working with airguns accidents can and do happen. I always try to think - 'What if?' Be careful out there folks - these things can (and do) bite!

Yep, that's it, on the range, just look for the guys with the swollen misaligned finger joints and scars. Ahh, he would be a spring gun tuner then. Regards ... Geek
