Info On How To Skin Bunnies

hi lads looking for some info on how to skin and gut ( or dress ) rabbits if i am going to kill them then i am best eating them as well no waste.....any help cheers Lee

If you don't shoot it in the head it will be down the hole, suffering. right place in the head, clean kill.

The link to the australian site above is great. The one thing I would add is that you should be sure to get all of the scent glands out from around the anus. If left in these can make the whole meal inedible. They are about the size of a pea and dull green in colour. You can smell them when you cut the pelvic bone.
