    Arrow Shepreth again

    Well I did not compete today but I sold a gun , bought some bits , had a good target shoot , caught the sun but above all met some smashing fellas and had a good laugh !

    Cheers I may have a go next time

    I reckon it was the sun glinting of a really shiney rifle that put me of a couple of shots.
    It was good to meet you today Dave and have a chat, hope to see you at a few more of these events

    P.s while clearing up we found 14 empty brasso tins and half a tube of annusol - any ideas where they came from

    Lee Ash definately made the prosport go a bit rusty


    still not made up my mind but i am thinking TX200hc, Mmmmm. recoil

    Cheers for bringing the tracker upto shepreth mate.
    its now in many bits on the kitchen table as im going to polish a few more bits and see if i can get a bit more power from it.

    it was good to meet you and jim,along with baldie,bones,rob and tony belas and his dutch friend.

    Well I was shooting all day on the plinking range good laugh though ! Hope to meet you on another shoot in the future

    Baldie-i spotted you-i was the Marshall wearing the high visibilty vest in the woods-i was going to ask you about your position-next time-touch the Blo*dy peg

    You must be confusing me with someone else. I used the peg to steady my hand, so must have been touching it.

    Unless you mean No.7, the stander I fluffed 1st try because Ben's scope was parallaxed for the comp. Second attempt I was deffo touching the peg... Wasn't I?


    P.S.

    Your photo in the Rogues Gallery shows you having a lot of hair. Most unusual for a shooter. And I don't remember seeing any lollipop men (marshalls) with so much hair on their head either. How old is that photo?
