My mate has now strippeed down. His airsporter but the O ring keep/s breaking whilst re inserting it .He/s relubed it This is the 4 one he/s bought

Where is it catching ,is it on the threaded section , if so try twisting it in gently going with the threads .If it is getting chewed up on the cocking slot ,check for burrs and remove ,after inserting piston watch it just before it enters air chamber (end of cocking slot) it can act like guillotine so ease in by pressing down on O ring with small screwdriver.Best of luck Ron.
