That is a fair point Ross but I have not found any difference in accuracy long range between the std mag and the one shot mag and manual insertion (the latter being very difficult to do indeed).

It is better to feel the round but for most, it isnt going to make that much difference !!!

I also removed the o ring from the front bracket making the barrel free floating. there is sufficient rigidity there andf if it does take a whack, the bracket will limit the deflection.

They do have a tendency to go warm though and the action is full of grease so if you are technically minded and dont mind cocking the warranty a strip and degrease is worthwhile. However, if you are not of the technical type, it would be better to send it to Hull Cartridge asking them to do it and recalibrate to 11.2 with the ammo of your choice.

I would also suggest that a Combro is a very good idea just to make sure you dont go over the limit.
