help needed with mounts

hi guys got some mounts that came with an ags swat scope, they're 30mm high mounts with spring loaded dovetail mounts on them they also have cut outs (weight saving or to look through) any of you good people throw some light on these for me ????? many thanks

What do you want to know??
I can think of several with small to large cut outs some are just design others or for using with open sights for close shots.
Cant think of any which are spring loaded though.

It's a wotsit wrapped in an enigma. Or an enigma wrapped in a wotsit. It's a new one on me is spring loaded mounts.

sounds like high Prolok Promounts to me , they have a spring on the screws and are cut out .
