I can just about remember how to get there.

Chris, I drove last time I think... Can you send out flares every 5 minutes from around 9am please.

I put the post code, that Brian Samson put in the thread, in to Google earth and it gves a very clear route.
It also helps that Helens Gran lives near.

    Thumbs up

Would like to be the first, but hopefully not the last, to thank all the lads at Guiseley for a great day. I really enjoyed the course, that wind was ermm, interesting to say the least. Great use of the mixed terrain. The rain even held off. Good company as always. A real pleasure.

Again, a great big thanks must go to the organizers of the Hunter series. Another smooth comp. Looking forward to the last one of the season at Emley Moor.

    Paul.

A personal BIG THANKS to Trev Ryan for remembering to bring my prezzie this time.

Ditto the above excepting the Trev Ryan bit. He seems to have overlooked a pressie for me this time.

Excellent day, cracking course and a swine of a wind - hurricane is more like it

Scores are on the doors now -

    Guiseley Results

    Overall Standings

Well done to Keith Wooley and Keiran Turner for some outstanding shooting in extremely difficult conditions.

Well done also to Keiran Turner and Steven Stanbridge on winning a 4th Gold badge and their Phoenix awards.

Well done to Harvey Astell and Dave Semmens for joint 1st place in the recoiling class. The first time we've seen Harv at a NEFTA Hunter round and he walked away with a gold on the most difficult event we've had so far.

Oh and well done to Paul Wilson, who now can't be beaten in the Gold winners open league.

Another cracking shoot Well done to all the Guiseley crew for a well thought out course + opening up part of the wood that I have never seen before.

I turned up at 9am and strolled up the hill - stood and watched 8 people have a go at target 6 and not one of them hit metal - had to stop watching at that point as it was too upsetting

Looks like we have 5 Phoenix hopefulls for the last round at Emley - who will crack under the pressure

Well done on the speedy results Bri - you are a star.

Hard luck Mart "3 crows" Owens - better luck next time
