Tasco scope on (Night Scope)

Has anyone seen this scope on ( Hes actually selling three) He calls it a night scope with an infrared emitter. Not quite sure if this is the case, seens like an illuminated reticle. ( it seems a bit suspicious that he knows very little about these scopes but has three for sale??)

Anyway, is the scope any good???
