I'm quite sure that you're not permitted to use air rifles for hunting over there. As Steve said, contact Nige52 on here and he'll tell you.

In a nutshell
24 joules/18ft/lbs for rifle or pistol
No hunting of any description with airguns.
FT and target shooting is the name of the game.
Rimfire, centerfire, pistols, rifles, shotties all available, just take the 3 day course

Thanks to all!! so the way i see it is no hunting of anything inc rabbits/rats etc target shooting only ?!
and i dont have to register the air rifle with anyone?! Thanks agin for the info and links to sites i will wade my way through the info .

Really good clay club on the Montgo mountain top, which is between
Javea and Denia. About a mile up from Javea old town and quite a few Brits use it. May have airgun section as there is stacks of land.
