There's a few on here that use .22 for hunter FT and do pretty well. I used to use it myself. More HFTer's use it than FTers as quite often it's their hunting rifle they use for the shoots.

Most of the guys over here in Northern Ireland are using .22 for HFT, and some are doing really well at it. As has been said, it's mostly their hunting guns that they're using for it.

sorry to be the 'odd' one - but my Ripley's a .20 cal ....... didn't do too bad at Baisingstoke the other week!
