standard hw springer safety's are resettable anyway,so why pay for something you already had?

I'm afraid they're not..if you mean you can turn them on and off. its auto on once cocked, then when you flick it off you cant turn it back on.on my 80 anyway

may i suggest learning to get to know your hw springers?

Just bring the barrel back to the full cocked position and the safety will re-engage. This is also the same on the underlevers... but obviously it's the lever NOT the barrel that you have to swing on

I've had an HW springer for over 20 years and I never knew you could reset the safety.
