    Question Zeroing !!!!

Help I've tried to zero a new scope ( Airmax SR6) on my AA S400k .177 without success. Despite packing the mounts I seem to as far away as ever.
Does the problem lie with the idiot holding the rifle or has anyone had similar problems?

Well, original scope was SR12, zeroed ok (with prolok mounts). I've removed this to put on my .22. Bought the SR6 at the MGF and tried to zero no luck yet. Was going high and a long way right to start with. Should I try and swap the mounts around?

I assume that you have run out of clicks(god, how technical am I). Try as you say swapping the mounts around and also turning them round I.E. if the allen key/screws were on the right, put them on the left.

Point taken, since I've moved the front mount to accomodate the shorter tube on the SR6 and I might have dragged a fragment of metal across.
