    Weihrauch scopes

Possibly a dumb question this, but here goes:

I bought a 'cheap' scope at an auction a while ago.It was a 3-9x40 wa scope with parallax adjustment, and tutns out to be made by Weihrauch. However, the dam thing doesn't seem to work, i.e. adjusting the windage/elevation turrets doesn't appear to have any effect, but the cross hairs appear fine.

Is is possible to get scopes repaired when they show 'type' of deffect, and if it is, is it ever ecconomical to do so?

Also, and just out of interest, how are weirauch made scopes viewed generally (assuming the things do actually work <img src="http://jsramsbottom.co.uk/bbs/e/icon_wink.gif" alt="Wink" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin:-->)

    Cheers,

    Peter

That model commands a high price from collectors if it still has box etc, I have seen them go for £200 which is way more than they are really worth as an optic, that said they are jap made and pretty good for their day

Worth repairing? I would have thought so

Baz (I have an original box for one here somewhere)
