NSRA MM8 target...

I note the Scottish Long Range air rifle championships are on Sunday and the target is a MM8 target at 50 meters.

Anyone know what an MM8 target looks like? How big are the scoring rings? Is there anywhere I can download a printable version of this target?

No details of the NSRA MM8? Tried a google search but the only info I found was that it has 2 targets per sheet.
