Formula please?

Would one of you knowledgeable types please supply me with the formula to convert fps to ft.lbs?

I'm currently playing with a spreadsheet for monitoring consistency.

fps x fps x pellet weight(in grains) divided by 450240= ft/lbs

[Bulsaye]

(vel(fps) X vel. X weight in grains)then divide the whole number by 450240.
Ex: 825 fps x 825 fps=680625 X 7.9=53769375 divided by 450240= 11.942 ft/lbs
