Thats right Draftsman and all he has done is pick on me and intimedate me. He got me b*l*c*e* by my dad after argueing with him.

Yes and got more postings in a month than others have managed in 10.
I think what swifty has a problem with is the 'SPAM' messages. Those which contribute nothing to threads. For example the
"I don't know you'll have to ask someone else"
Also the fact he is only 15 and relatively new to the sport (IINM)means he doesn't have much to offer others in the way of experiance. In that position (the position I was in when I joined the board) I wouldn't post as much as I could, I would read and digest the wealth of information on here and then if I still had a question that might fuel debate or interest I would ask it.
Everyone posts flippant empty things occasionally, some more than others but you can take some things to far. On other forums SPAM is frowned upon and some even have filters to prevent you posting more than once a minute to cut it down.
You can't rush the process of people getting to know you. If you are too familiar too quickly it makes people uncomfortable and a more softly softly approach may be advisable.

Hi Leslie, sounds good to me!
I've been looking here in Holland for quitte some time to find me a nice Stutzen or Airsporter and can't find any, so I will cross the Channel at the end of next month and visit afew gun shops in the UK.
I did found a nice Meteor, Mk3 I think, to add to my collection.
Also are there any books on (vintage) BSA air rifles published?
