HI,
Just a belated thanks to the guy I spoke to at the ground the other day.
I popped in with my 7 year old son 'just to have a look' we arrived as quietly as possible in my big old green 90 Defender and everyone stared, felt a little uncomfortable, then just observing quietly a chap comes up and starts to have a chat.
My son asks him some silly/naive questions and he answers them very politely, well my son has not stopped talking about going back and watching some more of those 'brillliant shooters' and can he 'have a go?'.
Sad thing is I never introduced myself, or got the other guys name, but know he lives minutes from me literally walking distance somewhere close by.
Well thanks again, you have one little shooter in the making, and if you are ever in need of a pint pop in the bars always open, and the walls have some interesting rifles on them.......lol
PM me for the address.
I remember he shoots a 400, a scope with no side wheel.
Cheers
Dave B
That's the trouble with them up at Emley.
They'll talk to anybody - even try and get them into shooting.
Shouldn't be allowed![]()
