    Lightbulb Silencers (again)

    hamalis. Talk with Jim Edge (I.J.) on here will help you with that.
    The silence he hes made for my airwolf is super quiet and i sure more work on jims side would tame your beast!!!!

    Hi All

    I am new to this Air gun world and just wanted to ask a question about silencers. On cordite rifles the silencer reduces the speed of the round coming out of the barrel and as such reduces the sound.

    The problem is the round is now slower and as such looses range and stopping power. Is it the same with Air weapons?

    If so if you are not hunting and are just shooting at targets what is the point of a silencer?

    In somes clubs people are required to use a silencer so they do not disturb people in the surrounding area. Maybe.

    BALANCE,I have a custom air stripper for my 400 but it feels to front end light , a silencer with adaptor just right
