    Richter scope s/h price

Hello all,a workmate has bought a Richter optics 8-32x50 illuminated milldot ret sidewheel scope off ***** for the stupidly cheap price of £37.50
My question is, is that about right/how much are they new?

There was a review of one in one of the mags a few months back i'm sure they cost at least double what your mate paid.Someone with more precise info will probably be along along shortly.
