    Adjustable Butt pads

Does anyone know where i can get an adjustable buttpad from.

Not the alloy slide up and down jobbies...

...but the ones that slide around in an arc

also slide in and out to adjust lop (optional)

    cheers

How are you planing on removing the original But Pad? My s400's Pad appears to be bonded to the stock <img src="http://jsramsbottom.co.uk/bbs/e/icon_confused.gif" alt="Confused" width="15" height="22"><!--graemlin:-->

    S400 / S410 recoil pad removal.

As illustrated below, the recoil pad is held in place by two wood screws.

If you take a look at the next pic you can see the two indents where the screws are located.

They are nothing more than two small slits in the rubber (look closely on yours, you'll find them). Pop a philips screwdriver through these slits and you'll feel the screw head. Just undo both of them and presto! Off comes the pad <!--graemlin:-->

    butt pads

these butt pads are sold under the "Bisley"name, which i beleive is John Rotherys.
fit one and you will always have one on any gun you ever own.
the other type of butt pad is the type that BSA fit to the super 10,i beleive these are or have a german name?and are excellent, you could try your local BSA dealer if he is a realy freindly sort,he should be able to give you the price from BSAs spares catalogue.or try a target specialist
CITY AIR WEAPONS & FIREARMS in Birmingham comes to mind, excellent shop this for target supplies and always helpful.

The type you probably want is the Wegu pad. It can be spaced to increase the L to P and can have a spacer fitted to cant the pad over. Not cheap but good kit. Give me a bell.
