A theory that your input would be appreciated, I'm using a Nikko big '60 and BKL mounts on my Daystate FTR. If I optically centre my scope on a suitably made jig (rotate and get cross hair to remain central) would it be wise make wind-age adjustments based on optical centered scope using the figure of eight supporting the barrel if any were required, this would eliminate any crossover wouldn't it? and would range-finding be enhanced to any noticeable amount by using the "centred" position?
