I sent My XL-9 to them on Monday by Amtrak it was sorted and I had it back by friday.

The only other company that comes close is Daystate.

Yep, I've had extremely good service from Ripley.
Only downside is with it being a very small outfit getting your gun booked in for a service can sometimes take a week or two if you catch them at a busy period.
No problems. Had a regulator replaced under warranty earlier in the year. Took the rifle down on a Monday, collected it the following Monday. It was actually ready on the Friday but I couldn't have made it down there in time before they shut for the half day <img src="http://jsramsbottom.co.uk/bbs/e/icon_smile.gif" alt="Smile" width="15" height="15"><!--graemlin:-->

Seems to be quite a few new Ripleys suffering reg problems in the last few months, more than I've ever heard of before. Maybe a bad batch of seals or summat.
The ones I know of have all been fixed very quickly though.
