Fac Rapid help Please

Help please.
My FAC rapid does not want too be ajusted.
It shoots 22Ftlbs all the while I have tried to ajust it but the screw does go in and out the tighten the spring but the power does not drop or go up it is doing 815 to 798 fps.
Can anyone put me right on this?
I am an engineer and understand the mechanics but this has me beaten

I think its factery faced but not sure.
I have tried to shorten the stroke by commpessing the spring but this has no effect.
I will try to put stronger spring in there are two in at the moment.

These's acouple of guys on here that know rapids pretty well but they might be still sleeping hopefully they'll come along and answer your questions plus put things right,if not and you still aint sorted the problems out then phone up BT on tues.ATB.
