QB78 queries

I have just purchased a rather nice QB78 from Paladin (top deal, good bloke), with a rather nice custom stock.

The question I ask is any top tips, hints etc re tuning & stuff? Not looking to spend big bucks as it was just bought as a garden plinker.

PS if anyone has a set of the original ironsights I would be willing to cross their palm with silver.

thats the one with the qbtuned stock in 177 i think,
why not send it to be qbtuned heard good results with good accuracy

They are easy to smooth out, most of the info is on the Charliedatuna website listed above and when you see the insides the required work is pretty obvious.

If you go for the power mods do be careful, a .22 QB will cheerfully break 12ftlb without any stress. A chrono is a must.

I'm pretty sure I'll have a set of open sights kicking about if you want them (PM me your address) though they are pretty poor, a cheap scope would be a far better alternative.
