After owning the Logun lamp for at least a year now I have been having trouble with the lead it came with, the wire inside is too
stiff and it keeps breaking, are all Logun leads like this or is it a bad one ???
How much could it be sold for without the wire but including the set of filters in a box , lamp and battery?
P.s the lamp and batterys are perfect and so are the filters.
Interesting to hear this. I purchased one a few months ago and the switch seemed faulty after only a short amount of usage - sometimes it would work and sometimes it woudn't. I phoned Simmons and they right away sent me another lead with no questions asked. (- was well impressed). Once I recieved the new one I then had a go at pulling the other one apart. The soldering on one of the contacts had come away.

Yeah, Simmons after sales service is Brilliant......second to none.
