    Good guy trading list

Why don't we have a list of members that are known good honest traders on the sales section. When you have completed a sale of an item and the buyer states on here he or she is happy then you get to go on it. Build it up to a decent size so people can do a quick check. If your on the list and you do a bad or disputed deal then you come off the list till it's sorted.
From a liability point of view do don't have a bad list but just the good list.
People will still obviously buy things from people who are not on the list but as soon as it goes through no probs then they go on it. Obviously some folk on here who are doing loads of deals for years and are known trustees will go on automatic, you know like UK Neil etc.
Maybe it will sort some of the probs were having of late...
    Just a thought....Roger

If within this section an individual thread title was set up for the traders bbs name then everytime somebody does a good trade with them they can add a new post to the thread singing their praises.

Only joking, but yes, I have mentioned a "good guys" section in a couple of recent threads, and as I said, it is not the best way of providing feedback, but at least something is better than nothing.

Takes two guys from Yorkshire to come up with the idea

    Lightbulb Name and shame

    Hi Sniperman,
If you take a quick look at the last thread about "name and shame", started by mfr marcus you will see i added my two-pennworth to the subject i.e.,getting some sort of pre warning of dodgy dealers.
It ties in very nicely with what your proposing and seems to provide a decent amount of peace of mind before undertaking a deal ,i still think there's room to grow these and other ideas further so come on lads & lasses lets keep this one going until it's sorted.
