Exclamation BSA Stutzens and RB2 Stutzens???

Any idea how many of these were produced??? Reason I ask is that you very rarely see either for sale and Ive allways fancied one since I was a little lad!

    Bsa Rb2

    Hello ,

    about 3-4 years back I wanted an RB2 , I eventually found a new one ,
but in the process I phoned John Knibbs and he could'nt find or didnt have a decent 2nd hand one. So I tried BSA themselves . I was told by the factory customer support that the RB2 didnt sell too well in the UK , so BSA upped the power and exported them to the Middle East , where the Arabs snapped them up.

Truth or Rumour , I have no idea , but thats what BSA told me.

BSA RB2 Stutzen was introduced in 1992 and supplied with fitted 'Maxgrip' scope rail, with standard BSA ramp foresight, and 'Williams' rear sight.

The action in the Stutzen is an Airsporter Carbine.

I have a RB Stutzen and an Airsporter Carbine taploader.
