Sorry njaw, but you are wrong ! As an HR81 owner myself (walnut) that is an exceptionally nice price . Therefore, bump back ttt for a good guy to deal with, and for a real bit of British engineering made by the boys who brought you the Bren Gun, the Sten Gun, and the side mag Sterling Machine Gun of WWII fame. Further, I would back the Sterling HR81 (& HR83 ), in any Pepsi challenge of standard production run rifles regarding build and blue quality (inc. BSF), and what else could you possibly want from an air rifle? For the sterling boasts an under lever and a bolt action loading system, a real pedigree, and imho, is a proper big boys toy .
