Doesn't the Omega have a re-settable safety catch the protrudes out of the rear of the action?

is it a webley eclipse by any chance
Webley Excel ?
An simpler intermediate break barrel, successor to the Victor, but which used some of the innards and (I'm assuming) scope rail design developed for the Omega/Eclipse.
i'll say no to my own suggestion of an eclipse i forgot about the breakbarrel bit so can only go with the last suggestion of an excel if not i am running out of webleys and i'm not convinced about the excel idea because i can't remember any checkering on the pistol grip.
