    Allways fancied one meself,anyone shot one,got one or had one???

    From what I gather they are quite rare.

    The is a little bit of info kicking around on this site once you can get around them moaning about the sharp series.

    I quite fancy one (replicar as want to shoot it) and from what I gather it was the first standard issued rifled weapon issued to the army, although useless with open sites.

    Seem to remember there was a pic of a guy holding one of the Baker replica he'd made in the current Target Sports magazine.

    I love the baker aftr having shot one at wedgknock.
    I settled for a bess but it is not in the same league
    Tie two birds together and though they have 4 wings they cannot fly.......But great for an easy shot
    .20 Daystate Harrier SE
    .22 rimfire a 525 semi auto (for those rats that dont go down)
    .454 Rogers and spencer black powder revolver
    .577 parker hale two band enfield rifle
    .577 parker hale three band enfield rifle
    410 over+under investarm shotgun
    9mm converted 303 lee enfield
    9mm stevens garden gun
    .45 colt walker revolver
    .and a few more.

    A guy at my clubs got one. Not shot it myself (yet ) but I can say that it goes "Woof" when it's fired! Strangely it has a distinct "Bang" when you hear it go off from the butts
