Parker Hale 0.451 Volunteer. 2 band rifle, so will fit easily into your standard gun cabinet.
FAC required. Very low serial number, 4xx, and in very good condition.
The bore is in first class condition.
Only used on 75grain blackpowder, weighed for consistency. Weigh tubes included.
Includes the standard military sights and also a set of target sights. Very accurate rifle. Used at 100, 200 & 300 yards but I am sure it will perform well at further distances. All original reloading components included including Lyman mould, wad punch and sizing die. Will include bullet lead if required.
Got to be excellent value at £350.
Jan,
I sold the rifle in 2009, I think.
I know where there is another one with a very low serial number 1xx. I will see if the owner still has it.
What are the regulations about owning a black powder rifle in Denmark, as exporting is not always simple these days.
Do you need a licence or not, Is there any import duty to pay.
Let me know and I will see if the rifle is still available for export or sale in the UK!
best regards HM

One in at £399
Thank's but im looking for one in .451 caliber
This rifle is now sold.
Details of the rifle are: early Parker Hale with Rigby rifling, serial number below 200. It has all the original reloading equipment: sizing die, mould, wad punch, original sights with changeable elements plus Rex Holbrook sights that cost £200 when new and a Rex Holbrook nipple. I think the original paperwork is available, somewhere in the owner's loft.
Everything included at £400. The rifle has been used successfully in serious competition by a serious shooter.
Let me know if you want any further information.
