For the money I cant fault the spitfire at all.
Very accurate gun with consistent velocities. Also very quite with that volumetric silencer.
Buy and enjoy.
Looking for a cheap .22 to add to the collection and realy like the look of the spitfire.
Also im probably going to purchase it through John Sykes at hydrographics and obviously have it finished in a camo pattern but i can't make up me mind which pattern would be most suited. My shoot consists of mostly british hedgerow and patchy woodland so i think (realtree hardwoods HD) would be affective.
could any spitfire owners give me some opnions on the gun?
any views on camo dipping/patterns ???
thanks
james

Well impressed with the Spitfire. My son has one, and its a pleasure to use, excellent value for money, and accurate.
My only negative is that I prefer the high comb stock on my Webley Raider, but that's a really personal thing. You may prefer the Spitfires!

what about the camo patterns or buying from hydrographics
any comments?
