I Googled T Bergman and it came up with this fantastic link! It's an enclosed air pistol and target slot machine, with what looks like a 1960s/early '70s Diana Mod 5 bolted to one end. You paid a dime and got five pellets.

If that's what you mean by the 'Luger' it's a German Diana air pistol. Not very valuable, no.
