Well now I have to stop lurking as you have drawn me out with this topic, let me introduce myself, JW Walker from Arizona in USA,long time air rifle enthusiast. Started with a pump up Crosman back in the early 60`s,went on to springers, few years back purchased PCP FX Tarantula. PCP is much easier to shoot accurately as has already been stated, springer is more of a passion and can be as accurate, with proper technique and plenty of practice. Now having said that, if you don`t have time or a place to practice then you would probably find a PCP to be better suited. As for myself I have to go my FWB 124 and my TX 200 are calling me.
