Chinese unknown x 1.5 rifles (buy 1 get another 1/2 free)

I'm pretty sure these are Chinese, though one has Norconia stamped on the action.

Spare action has no internals or trigger etc, but has perfect blue, Stocked one has wear to barrel blue but sound - functions fine but barrel catch screw comes loose eventually. Catch screw is fine on other action though. Foresight missing on the stocked one present on the other. Rearsight height adjustor missing on one but present on other etc, etc........
What is needed to do is swap componants from one action to other to make a tidy powerful rifle. Stock scratched and has worn varnish but will refinish fine.
Interesting budget project - Ideal for survivalists etc !
