    Post VCR Bill Clarification?

    Hello again! I havent been on the forum for months but just got internet connection at home again I just wondered if anyone knew how the VCR Bill effects private sales here and posting between collectors. I understand pre 1939 items are not included but what about postwar stuff, does that have to be face to face for private individuals now?

    Geoff's right, it doesn't affect private sales at all Scott, except the minimum age is now 18 not 17.
