That is great shooting Lou, couldn't post in the other thread because it's locked. Well done, never thought that it would be possible.

thanks! I was annoyed when people said it wasnt true, the lads at the club said I didnt have to prove anything because they had witnessed it many times, but when I was put into the situation where someone said "well I will go and witness it" I really had no choice. If I had said "No" then the disbelievers would have laughed, so I took the chance and did it in front of the "Airgun World" writer. I think that I have proved myself beyond all doubt,
and its great that shooters like you supported me.
    Regards, Lou

Yes well done Lou and in your honour -

There was a pistol packer called Lou
that others his prowess did pooh pooh
    he agreed to a test
    and shot off his best
to prove what he first said was all true

Would be interested in results of pistols at long range. At what distance are you shooting, and what groups do you expect to get.
We were shooting the Falcon 8in match pistol at 55yds,pirating Petes target to get centre, and clays at 64 yds.Let us know your results, sounds like it has got good potential.

Thanks Ian, I do churn out a few poems etc now and then. Limericks are good as they have by their nature to be precise and to the point. Hones the mind and the words. Regards
