Sorry. No. (Plans are afoot )

THIS is a piccy of the electrically cocked spring gun the Rutten/Browning Air Star owned by 'Mr Daystate' [Tony Belas] so could this be classed as the Daystate springer ?

    Doh!

Hello Ian Old Bean. Been as busy as a busy thing these past few days finishing off the building work and decorating the extension during the half term lay off , and every time I saw this thread I thought "fantastic, I'll have a go at that when I get a mo" but seem to have been beaten to it by the collectors clever crew collective . But would I've got it right making it three on the trott ? Well we'll never know . Ha ha. More please (Gareth).

The rifle belongs to Tony Belas who let us have a play with it at last nights Daystate Charity event.

The next 'Guess The Rifle Compt.' no-one will get.

If your eyesight is as far out of focus as your photographs then I can well believe it.

Yes John it is a flip up breech similar to the Webley Eclipse and some of the Walther match rifles. The difference being with those you load the pellet direct into the barrel with the Air Star you drop it into a little channel and with a bit of luck it faces the right direction.
Its not a nice rifle to shoot.
