Hello Ian, thanks for that mate. i will have to give them a try. the original 27that i bought from kevin is a surprise for my Dad as it was his first air rifle that he bought out of the catalogue in 1967. the one my Dad had was a Diana but from what i have read there is no difference?
i will try those numbers you gave me.

Chambers seem to have them in stock. Pricey though, but then Diana parts always are.
