    Vintage shooting

That shot at 44 yards is a very fine shot! I struggled at 45 yards, sitting on a bean bag with an S200 and a 12x scope! I will have to pay more attention to my Webley Mark 3.

    44 yards (measured) 25mm kill zone - open sights - standing !!!
Now, if I could do that every time, or even 1 in 5 I wouldn't be here I would be in the circus !

at what age would a gun become 'vintage', as i recall, a car would become vintage at 25years old, can't remember what would be classed as 'veteran', i think it was 40 yrs but may be wrong

one inch kill zone at 44yards is absolutely fantastic, here's a pic of what i managed at 50mtrs from a bench with a .22 ruger and in the centre, my daystate huntsman, i was quiet chuffed with the huntsman's performance but feel humbled now

Our standard targets at bisley are 1/2" at 6, 8, and 10 yds. Some of us have hit these at 22yds with a lot lobbed down range. A couple of the guys there are able to hit the 55yd knockdowns as well. All using old BSA pre war stuff.
